Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

For the return to be approved, the product must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Free from damage

  • In its original packaging

  • Including all manuals, accessories, and parts

  • If the return is for preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days after inspection.

Exclusions

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened:
